Salad Atelier began in 2014 as a restaurant that offers healthier food options to Malaysians as a response to the vast increase in obesity and non-communicable diseases (NCD) rates in the country. Our first outlet was opened in the heart of Kuala Lumpur where you can find all kinds of street foods and local meals, a wonderful reflection of Malaysia’s colourful background.
Why healthier foods? We want to challenge everyone to Go Green with their food choices and consume REAL ingredients that busy Malaysians and expats can enjoy. From salads and sandwiches to Lokal Delights and poke bowls, we prove that healthy foods can be colourful, flavourful, affordable and just as tasty as our local cuisines.
Today, Salad Atelier has over 30 outlets across Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang, and we are committed to spreading our love for healthy foods, making us your go-to restaurant to eat clean without breaking your bank.
