What You Will Do
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, checking, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing stock movements are recorded accurately in the system.
- Monitor stock movement and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Purchasing, and Production teams to support daily operational needs.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, stored, and organized for easy retrieval.
- Prepare daily and weekly warehouse reports as required by management.
Inventory Control & Supply Management - Conduct regular stock counts and ensure physical stock matches system records.
- Monitor low stock levels and notify relevant departments for timely replenishment.
- Ensure supply orders to outlets, central kitchen, and vessel operations are prepared and delivered according to schedule.
- Maintain proper documentation for stock transfers, delivery orders, and receiving records.
- Implement, monitor, and continuously improve SOPs related to supply distribution and stock flow.
Vessel Operations Support - Plan and prepare supplies for vessel operations based on schedules and operational requirements.
- Ensure timely replenishment of vessel stock including consumables, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate with vessel teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and supply readiness.
- Ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance during loading and unloading activities involving vessels.
Safety, Compliance & Housekeeping - Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper layout of the warehouse at all times.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, equipment handling procedures, and company SOPs.
- Monitor the condition and functionality of warehouse tools, equipment, and storage racks.
- Enforce safe handling practices for heavy items, chemicals, frozen goods, or temperature-controlled stock.
Team Coordination & Leadership - Lead, guide, and supervise warehouse assistants or storekeepers (if applicable).
- Assign daily tasks and ensure responsibilities are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Train new team members on warehouse procedures, inventory systems, and safety practices.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and a positive working environment.

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock rotation (FIFO), and warehousing systems/software.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet operational deadlines.
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Physically fit and able to perform warehouse-related duties (lifting, movement, handling materials).
