About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Cashier to handle customer transactions and support daily outlet operations. This role is essential in ensuring accurate payment processing, positive customer interactions, and smooth front-line operations.
What You Will Do
- Handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and correct change for all transactions.
- Operate the POS system and ensure all sales are recorded properly.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and organization at the cashier counter.
- Assist customers with enquiries and inform them of ongoing promotions.
- Reconcile daily cash reports and promptly report any discrepancies to the Supervisor or Manager.
- Support outlet operations and perform ad hoc duties as assigned when required.
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Basic mathematical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage (training will be provided).
- Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
