About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Commis  to support our kitchen operations and assist the culinary team in food preparation and daily kitchen activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, develop their culinary skills, and grow their career in the F&B industry while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in food preparation according to standardized recipes and kitchen guidelines.
  • Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food production.
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly followed at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Assist with stock handling, ingredient preparation, and proper storage of food items.
  • Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations and SOPs.
  • Perform ad hoc kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
  • Willingness to learn, hardworking, and able to work well in a team environment.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Prior kitchen or F&B experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
