Career Opportunity: Outlet Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Outlet Manager to lead daily outlet operations, drive sales performance, and manage a high-performing team. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, outstanding customer experience, financial performance, and full compliance with company and food safety standards.

What You Will Do

  1. Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and supervise outlet staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example to foster teamwork, discipline, and a positive working culture.
  1. Operations Management
  • Oversee day-to-day outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and revenue.
  • Implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and cost control.

 

  1. Customer Service Excellence
  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth.
  1. Menu Development & Quality Control
  • Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to develop and update menu offerings based on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on food and beverages to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards.
  • Ensure all products meet presentation, taste, and quality expectations.

 

  1. Financial Management
  • Prepare and manage the outlet budget, monitoring expenses and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies, promotions, and upselling initiatives to drive sales.
  • Track KPIs and revenue targets, ensuring financial objectives are met.

 

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the F&B industry, with strong leadership and performance management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
