About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and customer-focused Social Media cum Customer Service Executive to manage our online presence and engage directly with our customers. This role combines social media content creation with customer interaction, playing a key role in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and turning followers into loyal customers.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and support the company’s E-commerce platforms and social media channels (guidance and training will be provided).
  • Plan, create, and publish weekly and monthly content including stories, reels, posts, and promotional or voucher postings.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, hashtags, and best practices.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to direct messages (DMs), WhatsApp enquiries, and comments.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and occasional order support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor online engagement and help improve customer experience across platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with followers and convert engagement into customer loyalty.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Young, energetic, and social-media savvy individual.
  • Good understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends, and hashtags.
  • Comfortable appearing in front of the camera or directing content creation.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Fast learner with a proactive, responsible, and positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in social media management or customer service is a plus, but attitude and skills matter more than experience.
