About the Role
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Floor Assistants (Service Crew) to support daily outlet operations and deliver an excellent dining experience. This front-line role plays an important part in ensuring smooth service, customer satisfaction, and a clean, welcoming environment for our guests.
What You Will Do
- Greet customers warmly and ensure a pleasant and positive dining experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Assist with outlet setup before opening and closing duties after service hours.
- Handle basic customer requests or concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Supervisor or Manager when necessary.
- Support other outlet operations and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Friendly, positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Prior F&B experience is an advantage but not required (training will be provided).
