About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Marketing Executive to plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage partnerships, and work closely with internal teamsโespecially Operationsโto drive brand growth and business results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys campaign coordination, stakeholder engagement, and turning ideas into well-executed marketing initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities across online and offline channels.
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, and other departments to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and aligned with operational capabilities.
- Liaise and meet with external partners, vendors, and collaborators to explore joint campaigns, sponsorships, or marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, materials, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Support the development of marketing ideas, concepts, and proposals based on business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and gather feedback from internal teams and partners for improvement.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and post-campaign reviews.
- Support ad hoc marketing initiatives and tasks as assigned by the superior.
Who We Are Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or partnership management is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Good planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player with a hands-on attitude.
